We are seeking passionate, detail-oriented, friendly, and fun pastry-loving superstars to join our team.

Baguette Republic is a local artisan bakery located in Sterling, VA that produces handmade, wholesome artisan breads and pastries. 

Packaging Team Member

Schedule:

• 2-day or 4-day work week schedule (Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, or Sun)
• Late shift 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Flexible hours)

Responsibilities:

• Package all finished product per order
• Pick product and stage for delivery
• Clean and complete all tasks before leaving at the end of shift
• Help bakers if needed

Requirements:

• A good attitude!
• Willingness to work hard in a physically demanding position (on your feet for long periods)
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and team oriented in a small business atmosphere
• Reliable
• Basic math and communication skills
