Bakery Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and supervise bakery production, shipping, and cleaning activities to the highest safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee Bread, Pastry, Maintenance, and Packing Departments.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure bakery products meet established standards on quality, uniformity, and aesthetic appeal.
• Implement effective HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to remove, reduce, and control physical, chemical, and biological hazards in the processing environment.
• Keep up with trends and develop product-marketing strategies.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of bakery ERP software.
• Develop, maintain, and update recipe files through ERP software.
• Oversee inventory by ensuring bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies, including updating ERP software accordingly.
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience required.
